1. Scope - These General Terms and Conditions apply to bookings and stays at the apartments operated by Melody Apartments Estate GmbH under the brand Melody Apartments Vienna.

By making a booking, the guest accepts these General Terms and Conditions and the applicable house rules.

 2. Booking and Contract -  A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Melody Apartments Vienna. The prices, services, payment terms and cancellation conditions applicable to the booking are displayed during the booking process and form part of the booking agreement.

 3. Prices and Payment - The prices displayed at the time of booking apply. Any additional fees are clearly shown before the booking is completed. Payment must be made according to the payment method and payment terms specified during the booking process.

 4. Check-in and Check-out -  Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Different arrival or departure times are only possible by prior agreement and subject to availability.

5. Cancellation - The cancellation conditions displayed during the booking process apply to each individual booking. For bookings made directly through our website, the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking apply.

6. Use of the Apartment - The apartment may only be used by the guests named and registered in the booking. Subletting or transferring the apartment to third parties is not permitted. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

7. Damages and Missing - Items Guests are required to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Any damage or missing items must be reported to Melody Apartments Vienna immediately. Guests are liable for damages they culpably cause, in accordance with applicable law.

8. House Rules - The house rules published on our website form part of the stay and must be observed by all guests.

9. Liability - The liability of Melody Apartments Estate GmbH is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

10. Applicable Law - Austrian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

11. Amendments - Any amendments or additions to these terms and conditions must comply with the legally required form.
